About the role

  • Advising and supporting employees and managers within a defined HR area on all HR and employment law matters
  • Recruiting in close cooperation with the business units—from posting job ads to candidate selection—including conducting interviews and employment contract discussions
  • Active management of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Supporting personnel development initiatives
  • Leading HR projects and contributing to the improvement of existing HR processes

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration with HR specialization or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Specialist
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, personnel development)
  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
  • Independent, structured way of working, analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong negotiation skills
