About the role
- Advising and supporting employees and managers within a defined HR area on all HR and employment law matters
- Recruiting in close cooperation with the business units—from posting job ads to candidate selection—including conducting interviews and employment contract discussions
- Active management of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting personnel development initiatives
- Leading HR projects and contributing to the improvement of existing HR processes
- Supporting the introduction of new HR tools and digital processes
- Implementing individual personnel measures
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with HR specialization or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, personnel development)
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Independent, structured way of working, analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Strong negotiation skills
