Bookkeeper

• You will take responsibility for financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• You will post incoming invoices and maintain a clear overview of outstanding items at all times.
• You will manage payment transactions, dunning and receivables management, ensuring the numbers are accurate.
• You will review and book credit card statements and travel expenses for colleagues.
• You will handle tax-related matters such as VAT and income taxes in coordination with tax advisors and tax authorities.
• You will assist with month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closings to ensure meaningful and reliable financial figures.
• You will contribute to management reports and business analyses and provide important decision‑making data.
• You will support the introduction of new products and services from an accounting and tax perspective and actively help shape the related processes.
