About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answer customer inquiries about the property management software by phone and email after comprehensive onboarding
  • Train customers online, at the company's premises, and—on request—on-site at the customer's location
  • Guide customers through the software and provide subject-matter expertise on property management topics
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the help center and user manual
  • Help customers quickly find suitable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training in real estate, a degree in real estate/real estate management, or several years of professional experience in the industry
  • Experience with rental property management
  • Experience preparing service charge statements (operating cost reconciliations)
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Enjoyment of customer contact
  • Confident and professional presence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion and motivation
  • Reliable, deadline-oriented work style
  • Initial professional experience in property management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of condominium owners' association (WEG) management is a plus
