About the role
- Lead and refine core employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
- Document and optimize People Ops workflows. Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
- Serve as the operational lead in meetings with Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll to ensure handoffs are seamless and support global expansion efforts
- Partner with external counsel and internal teams to manage visas, relocations, and right-to-work compliance
- Own the "source of truth" in our HRIS and conduct regular audits, manage reporting requests
- Provide rapid, high-touch support for employee inquiries
- Manage mandatory reporting and ensure all employment documentation meets local regulatory standards
- Execute and own timelines and deliverables for People programs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
- Proven track record of managing onboarding and offboarding.
- Quick adopter of new systems and technologies
- You enjoy digging into data to find inconsistencies and are comfortable using Google Sheets to organize information
- The ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of accuracy while juggling multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes to stakeholders at all levels
- Absolute integrity when handling sensitive compensation and personal data.
