Lead and refine core employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
Document and optimize People Ops workflows. Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
Serve as the operational lead in meetings with Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll to ensure handoffs are seamless and support global expansion efforts
Partner with external counsel and internal teams to manage visas, relocations, and right-to-work compliance
Own the "source of truth" in our HRIS and conduct regular audits, manage reporting requests
Provide rapid, high-touch support for employee inquiries
Manage mandatory reporting and ensure all employment documentation meets local regulatory standards
Execute and own timelines and deliverables for People programs

Requirements

2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
Proven track record of managing onboarding and offboarding.
Quick adopter of new systems and technologies
You enjoy digging into data to find inconsistencies and are comfortable using Google Sheets to organize information
The ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of accuracy while juggling multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes to stakeholders at all levels
Absolute integrity when handling sensitive compensation and personal data.
