About the role

  • Lead and refine core employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
  • Document and optimize People Ops workflows. Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
  • Serve as the operational lead in meetings with Finance, IT, Legal, and Payroll to ensure handoffs are seamless and support global expansion efforts
  • Partner with external counsel and internal teams to manage visas, relocations, and right-to-work compliance
  • Own the "source of truth" in our HRIS and conduct regular audits, manage reporting requests
  • Provide rapid, high-touch support for employee inquiries
  • Manage mandatory reporting and ensure all employment documentation meets local regulatory standards
  • Execute and own timelines and deliverables for People programs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Proven track record of managing onboarding and offboarding.
  • Quick adopter of new systems and technologies
  • You enjoy digging into data to find inconsistencies and are comfortable using Google Sheets to organize information
  • The ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of accuracy while juggling multiple priorities in an ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes to stakeholders at all levels
  • Absolute integrity when handling sensitive compensation and personal data.
