• Providing structured guidance and feedback to instructors through regular check-ins.
• Monitoring learner feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
• Teaching a set number of weekly VR classes to maintain platform familiarity and apply practical teaching strategies.
• Collaborating with Curriculum and Research teams to share insights on lesson clarity and educational material improvement.
• Participating in instructor hiring by reviewing candidates using established interview rubrics and teaching demos.
• Assisting instructors in the transition from initial onboarding to ongoing performance support.
• Supervising the work of Teachers and Instructors.
