Requirements

What you’ll need

BA in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or closely related field OR Bachelor's degree + English teaching certification (120 hour TESOL certificate/CELTA or equivalent) and extensive teaching experience
2+ years of structured ESL teaching experience
Experience teaching adult learners
Strong foundation in communicative or task-based language teaching
Demonstrated ability to develop speaking and listening skills intentionally
C1 English proficiency (CEFR) or Advanced High (ACTFL) equivalent or higher required.
Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms
Organized, reliable, and professional
