About the role
- Support the setup, execution, and ongoing optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
- Build campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, creative uploads, and ad copy
- Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively identifying optimisation opportunities and flagging any delivery or performance issues
- Manage and optimise high-value budgets and media plans for partnerships activity
- Assist with our small brand Print Subs activity, to support subscription growth
- Implement A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and messaging, applying learnings to improve performance
- Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and insight
- Own invoicing for all commercial paid social activity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain and update the monthly social spend sheet for commercial campaigns, sharing updates with senior stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for social platform representatives, attending regular meetings and leading platform updates, testing opportunities, and best-practice adoption
- Keep up to date with platform developments, trends, and best practices, applying learnings to live campaigns
- Stay organised and maintain clear campaign tracking and documentation processes
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience, or a relevant internship
- A passion for digital marketing and social media
- Experience of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Data-curious – comfortable working with numbers and learning how to analyse performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
