About the role
- Managing and growing a portfolio of law firm accounts
- Developing and executing tailored account strategies
- Leading renewal and commercial discussions
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services
- Acting as a strategic advisor for law firms
- Maintaining accurate account plans and forecasts within CRM tools
- Staying informed on legal industry trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic customer partnerships within B2B SaaS or professional services environments
- Experience working with or selling to law firms
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts through proactive engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
