About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end development of features for the Strety SaaS platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Actively participate in product decisions, offering technical insights to improve usability and customer workflows.
  • Work within a fast-moving environment to ship, test, and improve product experiences based on user feedback.
  • Take full ownership of code quality and system robustness while maintaining an "ownership mindset" toward the product's mission.
  • Maintain high levels of responsiveness and clarity in a fully remote, distributed team setting.

Requirements

  • Senior level Ruby on Rails experience, ideally 5 plus years in rails. Can flex if needed if they are senior and only have 3 years or something in rails.
  • Has worked for U.S. based companies before
  • Very fluent in spoken and written English. And Strong communicator who is proactive, clear, and responsive
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving, product focused SaaS environment
  • Product Mindset, Very Important
  • Deeply product minded and genuinely enjoys building features customers love
  • Gets energized by shipping, iterating, and improving the product experience
  • Thinks beyond tickets and cares about usability, workflow, and customer outcomes
  • Comfortable collaborating on product decisions, not just executing specs
  • Missionary, not mercenary
  • Strong team player
  • Ownership mindset
  • Proactive communicator. This is very important to us
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or at least the aptitude and interest to learn it quickly
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
