About the role

  • Design, develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Implement middlewares, webhooks, and API security mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, quality, and performance
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation
  • Execute tests to guarantee service stability
  • Participate in debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate in version control environments and agile workflows
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, serverless environments, and monitoring tools (desirable)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development
  • Profound knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Experience in developing REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with API security practices (authentication, authorization, token management)
  • Understanding of software testing and debugging techniques
  • Experience with technical documentation, preferably with Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
