About the role
- Support business areas in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, timelines, and budgets for the sale of the company's products and/or services; use the CRM to manage named accounts and opportunities at each stage of the sales process, aiming to achieve established targets.
- Prepare commercial proposals for the sale of products and services within departmental and/or corporate solutions; negotiate proposal terms to close sales and analyze the technical and commercial conditions of service contracts based on guidance from the Contracts area.
- Structure technical proposals with support from the architect, understanding client requirements, identifying and designing business solutions that meet client needs, and composing sales pricing for products/solutions and services.
- Draft terms of reference and commercial proposals, using existing templates as reference and with support from Management, Executives, Architects, Business Managers, or Business Analysts.
- Deliver executive presentations of products, solutions, and services to clients.
- Create positioning strategies for Imagem’s products and solutions with clients by mapping client profiles and identifying influencers, decision-makers, external agents, and competitors.
- Interact with all departments to align ideas and practices with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain a consistent commercial network, including a client portfolio and contact network that contributes to the company's business generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Knowledge of product and service sales processes.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of GIS.
- Techniques and skills for sales development.
- Knowledge of the main competitors in the market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of Strategic Planning.
- Knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem.
- Experience selling solutions to government clients.
