About the role

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial partners (resellers, integrators, consultancies).
  • Build and execute business plans to grow revenue through partners.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and new strategic partners for the ecosystem.
  • Monitor performance indicators: pipeline, forecast, conversion, revenue and churn.
  • Support partners throughout the commercial cycle (prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and closing).
  • Deliver commercial training and enablement on the portfolio, differentiators and positioning.
  • Hold regular governance meetings (Weekly Reviews) with key partners.
  • Work with Marketing on demand-generation activities (events, campaigns, webinars).
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (architecture, portfolio, support, Customer Success and operations).
  • Ensure partner execution quality, strategic alignment and commercial compliance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and completed specializations.
  • Solid experience in B2B sales and/or channel/partner management.
  • Proven experience building and developing a partner portfolio (focus on performance and growth).
  • Consultative negotiation skills and executive relationship management.
  • Knowledge of pipeline, forecasting and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar).
  • Availability to travel when required.
  • Differentials: Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT, Telecom, GIS or Enterprise Software companies.
  • Experience with indirect sales models (resellers, distributors, channels).
  • Experience with expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell) and recurring revenue.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
