About the role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial partners (resellers, integrators, consultancies).
- Build and execute business plans to grow revenue through partners.
- Identify expansion opportunities and new strategic partners for the ecosystem.
- Monitor performance indicators: pipeline, forecast, conversion, revenue and churn.
- Support partners throughout the commercial cycle (prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and closing).
- Deliver commercial training and enablement on the portfolio, differentiators and positioning.
- Hold regular governance meetings (Weekly Reviews) with key partners.
- Work with Marketing on demand-generation activities (events, campaigns, webinars).
- Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (architecture, portfolio, support, Customer Success and operations).
- Ensure partner execution quality, strategic alignment and commercial compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and completed specializations.
- Solid experience in B2B sales and/or channel/partner management.
- Proven experience building and developing a partner portfolio (focus on performance and growth).
- Consultative negotiation skills and executive relationship management.
- Knowledge of pipeline, forecasting and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar).
- Availability to travel when required.
- Differentials: Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT, Telecom, GIS or Enterprise Software companies.
- Experience with indirect sales models (resellers, distributors, channels).
- Experience with expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell) and recurring revenue.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
