Operations

• You will be the operational engine behind global strategic workstreams
• Your mission is to take high-level strategy and turn it into the operational backbone of our business
• You will support in deconstructing the B2B customer lifecycle, build the SOPs, and manage the execution of our global Customer Experience initiatives
• Break down the 'Client Run Track' into granular, executable sub-steps
• Draft formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each stage to ensure global consistency
• Manage the back end 'heavy lifting' for the 'CX Horizons' project, including recruitment and scheduling for the Global Customer Panel
• Physically set up and maintain the tracking tools and dashboards (G-Suite, CRMs, or Project Management software) required to manage these lifecycles
• Constantly audit existing workflows to identify 'leakage' and design lean interventions to improve efficiency

Strategic Operations – Process Lead

• Manage new hire paperwork, welcome processes, induction schedules and leaver administration to ensure a consistent colleague experience.
• Support the end to end administration of the recruitment cycle, including job postings, reporting and offers.
• Maintain HR systems and records, manage contract changes, absence tracking and other employee lifecycle updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as a first point of contact for routine queries, escalate issues appropriately and help coordinate meetings and documentation.
• Support logistics for training, team events and engagement initiatives, including scheduling, communications and feedback collection.
• Prepare regular people metrics and ad-hoc reports, and assist with ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.
• Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the colleague experience.

• Supporting pitch work and presentations where required.
• Managing your workload effectively and accurately estimating project timings.
• Helping maintain high creative standards across all work delivered by the studio.
• Coaching and supporting junior team members where appropriate.
• Using research and insight to strengthen creative thinking and add value to briefs.

• Interpreting and developing client briefs alongside creative and client services teams
• Researching projects and contributing ideas to strengthen creative output
• Working with wider studio teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Following established brand guidelines and key visuals across campaigns and assets
• Preparing artwork and documents to print and digital production standards
• Demonstrating strong typography and layout skills to communicate ideas effectively
• Presenting concepts and creative work to internal teams and clients where appropriate
• Supporting internal and external communications design when required
• Continuously developing your creative, technical and conceptual skills
