Account Manager

• Own the overall Amazon Vendor Central relationship, including vendor negotiations, pricing, promotions, and securing cost increases as needed.
• Lead the business strategy for Amazon 1P, identifying growth opportunities and executing plans to increase sales and profitability.
• Oversee advertising by partnering with our Advertising Specialist on strategic investing and boosting ROAS.
• Implement promotional strategies throughout key seasonal timeframes, allocating budgets based on performance KPIs.
• Partner with marketing team to drive content, catalog management, and product optimization to maximize discoverability, conversion, and customer experience.
• Analyze sales, ASIN performance, ratings, reviews, and market trends to uncover actionable insights, proactively addressing negative trends and accelerating positive momentum.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews and performance reports to senior leadership.
• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on Amazon Vendor Central policies, systems, and best practices, ensuring compliance and sharing knowledge across teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners (operations, marketing, customer service, and finance) to deliver on-time, in-full shipments and operational excellence.
