About the role

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with Illumio’s GTM objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring Illumio solutions deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of the customer journey
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and disciplined sales processes using Salesforce and other tools
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and represent Illumio at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams in high-growth environments
  • Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and scaling regional sales teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and SaaS business models
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and other modern sales technologies
  • Willingness to travel as needed (~30–40%)
