Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) strongly preferred.
20+ years of relevant leadership experience
at least 12+ years in senior executive roles leading large-scale Data engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence functions.
Demonstrated success managing global teams of 100+ people in highly regulated, complex environments.
Experience delivering enterprise-level data and engineering solutions that directly drive business growth and transformation.
Proven expertise with cloud, enterprise data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Prior accountability for significant budgets and resource portfolios in global organizations.
Ability to work across global time zones and cultures.
Willingness to travel internationally (anticipated 50%).
