About the role
- Leading and mentoring a team of data architects and integration developers
- Overseeing the design, maintenance, and enhancement of data systems and processes
- Working with the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Systems Integration and Project Manager to prioritize resources and projects
- Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver architecture solutions that drive business value
- Managing data-related projects, including timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
- Demonstrate proven experience in data architecture, data management, and data integration with a track record of leadership responsibilities
- Display a deep understanding of data structures, database systems, data warehousing, and data modeling
- Possess experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data architecture platforms (e.g., Azure, Fabric, Databricks)
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in data architecture or a related field, with a track record of supervisory responsibilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- A master’s degree, preferably
