Oversee Sequencing Instruments Manufacturing and Life Cycle Management
Lead FP&A activities, including annual operating plans for manufacturing spend, Production variance, OpEx, and CapEx
Act as a trusted financial advisor to site leadership
Manage monthly close processes and deliver timely reporting on OpEx, CapEx, material variances, manufacturing absorption, and efficiency metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives
Work with business SMEs to monitor GQO costs and identify margin improvement opportunities
Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible Finance experience
3-6 years of Management experience
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, variance analysis, gross margin analysis, and budgeting and forecasting
Solid understanding of US GAAP; familiarity with SEC reporting requirements is a plus
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Experience with SAP and financial planning/reporting tools (e.g., TM1, Cognos BI); Thinkcell a plus
