About the role
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its market presence
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous skill development
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities
- Regularly present detailed reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives
- Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet sales objectives
- Manage the sales budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal standards and ethical practices to maintain the company’s reputation
- Skillfully negotiate and close deals, maximizing profits while maintaining compliance and trust
- Identify emerging markets and actively pursue new sales opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of successful ERP sales experience, including leadership roles
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and anticipate market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and presentation
