About the role

  • Integration & Customization: Develop custom connectors (APIs, Webhooks) to interface our solution with the client's information system (CRM, ticketing tools, knowledge bases).
  • AI & RAG Configuration: Assist the client in configuring their assistants. You will help structure their data for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and optimize prompts to maximize the relevance of responses.
  • Deployment: Manage installation of the solution in client environments (dedicated Cloud or on-premises) using Docker and Pulumi.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of the product team. Identify gaps and friction during deployments to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Technical & Versatile: You can code (ideally Python or Java) and are comfortable with API calls, JSON format, and debugging.
  • Service-oriented: You enjoy interacting with technical (IT departments) and functional clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions.
  • Resourceful: You can navigate constrained environments and find smart workarounds.
  • Interest in GenAI: You are eager to become an expert in implementing generative AI in enterprise (prompt engineering, RAG tuning).
