Engineer

• Maintain and evolve our voice pipeline
• Implement new STT/TTS connectors
• Monitor, test, and deploy new solutions to improve the pipeline (semantic VAD, etc.)
• Configure, maintain, and scale our infrastructure to handle SIP routing, load balancing, and security
• Ensure high availability of the voice service
• Develop and maintain native connectors to market contact center solutions, prioritizing Genesys Cloud and Azure Communication Services (ACS).

Voice Engineer – Dialogue

Solutions Engineer

• Integration & Customization: Develop custom connectors (APIs, Webhooks) to interface our solution with the client's information system (CRM, ticketing tools, knowledge bases).
• AI & RAG Configuration: Assist the client in configuring their assistants. You will help structure their data for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and optimize prompts to maximize the relevance of responses.
• Deployment: Manage installation of the solution in client environments (dedicated Cloud or on-premises) using Docker and Pulumi.
• Feedback Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of the product team. Identify gaps and friction during deployments to influence the product roadmap.

Integration Engineer – Dialogue

• Design and implement robust architectures using Spring Boot and Python.
• Develop administration and monitoring interfaces for bots using Angular.
• Collaborate with our Data Scientists to integrate the latest LLM models.
• Contribute to infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Docker) and maintain a high standard of software quality.

• Diagnose: lead "AI Readiness" maturity audits (Tech, Data, Culture) with executive leadership.
• Analyze processes: for various functions (Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance...), identify opportunities for optimization and innovation through AI.
• Translate into solutions: convert a business need into a qualified AI use case (scoping document, ROI calculation, user journey).
• Design: define the functional specifications for AI assistants or solutions to be developed.
• Guide: build AI roadmaps (ambition, key milestones, budgets).
• Support AI projects: ensure coordination among stakeholders and contribute to delivery (acting as PO/PM).
• Manage the use-case portfolio: centralize business initiatives and support the initial analysis of automation and innovation opportunities.
• Industrialize use cases: support the large-scale rollout of AI assistants.
• Build AI literacy: design and deliver training programs to demystify AI at all levels of the organization.
• Secure: help implement governance for the AI program.
