About the role

  • Diagnose: lead "AI Readiness" maturity audits (Tech, Data, Culture) with executive leadership.
  • Analyze processes: for various functions (Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance...), identify opportunities for optimization and innovation through AI.
  • Translate into solutions: convert a business need into a qualified AI use case (scoping document, ROI calculation, user journey).
  • Design: define the functional specifications for AI assistants or solutions to be developed.
  • Guide: build AI roadmaps (ambition, key milestones, budgets).
  • Support AI projects: ensure coordination among stakeholders and contribute to delivery (acting as PO/PM).
  • Manage the use-case portfolio: centralize business initiatives and support the initial analysis of automation and innovation opportunities.
  • Industrialize use cases: support the large-scale rollout of AI assistants.
  • Build AI literacy: design and deliver training programs to demystify AI at all levels of the organization.
  • Secure: help implement governance for the AI program.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (business school, engineering school, or top-tier university)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, data/AI, or managing digital/data/AI transformation projects within a company
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, rigor, and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in demanding, fast-evolving environments
  • Business analysis & AI translation: proven ability to dissect business processes, identify pain points and innovation opportunities, and translate them into functional specifications
  • Data & Tech literacy: ability to understand key AI model concepts to engage with technical experts and assess the complexity of a use case
  • Strong interest in AI technologies: experience configuring AI agents or automations via Low-Code/No-Code tools, or eagerness to learn prototyping to move beyond theory
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, etc., and experience with prompt engineering
  • Consulting & Product methodology: mastery of product management methods (Agile, Scrum, PO/PM roles) and delivery of impeccable summary deliverables
