Evaluate proposals for ticketing system developments.
Analyse and interpret fares revenue and ridership data.
Continuously monitor the operation of the PAYG revenue system.

Requirements

Experience of developing and managing large and complex data analysis and/or model building tasks.
Track record of delivering results from systems involving high volumes of transactions and the analysis and summarising of data from such systems.
Significant experience in economic or statistical analysis, accounting, market research, or business analysis.
Ability to apply advanced computer-based analytical knowledge/techniques, e.g. SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Excel.
Thorough knowledge of TfL’s fares structures and ticketing policies.
