Lead the delivery of Business Analysis across one or more diverse portfolios (such as Cybersecurity, Payments, and ERP);
Manage relationships with sponsors and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities to develop new or enhanced solutions that satisfy business needs.
Manage the effective utilisation of resources and ensure quality deliverables are produced by the team on time and within project budgets.
Provide all aspects of people management for 7+ Business Analysts; setting performance objectives.
Champion specific initiatives that support wider team strategies; sharing knowledge and experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

Experience of leading multiple Business Analysts within a complex organisation with a range of stakeholders.
Strong influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organisation and externally.
Ability to manage a high performing team; coaching and developing BAs to increase our service capability.
Expert knowledge and experience in delivering Business Analysis services on technology development and procurement projects – including techniques, methods, tools and processes.
Good knowledge and confidence working in both Agile and Waterfall environments with tangible examples of delivering change through technology.
Resource Management experience across all aspects, including work allocation, performance feedback and quality assurance.
Strong problem solving, lateral thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to quality assure deliverables to maintain high quality.
Excellent information processing, interpreting and project management skills.
