About the role
- Provide technical assurance for structures schemes
- Support colleagues across TfL in a wide variety of challenges and projects
- Liaise and work collaboratively with TfL colleagues, framework contractors, third party developers and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Educated to a minimum of Degree level or have equivalent structural experience in the highway and/or marine structures environment
- Technician or Graduate Member working towards Chartered or Incorporated Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers or other relevant internationally recognised institution
- Understanding of national technical standards, legislation, health, safety and environmental considerations, sustainability, design, construction, operation, inspection, maintenance, assessment, and industry best practices related to highway and/or marine structures
