About the role
- Provide remote and on-site Level 1 support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (hardware and software).
- Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by delivering effective and instructional solutions.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access.
- Work on Microsoft 365 administration and other IT administration tools.
- Write and update technical documentation and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT technical support.
- Strong command of Windows, Apple, and Citrix environments.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.
- Administration of Active Directory objects and access management.
- M365 administration (Users, licenses, Exchange, Defender, Intune).
- Proficiency in ITIL principles and incident management best practices.
- Service-oriented with excellent listening skills.
- Rigour, methodical approach, and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
- Autonomy and proactivity in problem solving.
- French: Fluent (required).
- English: Very good level (able to communicate with English-speaking users).
