About the role

  • Provide remote and on-site Level 1 support.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (hardware and software).
  • Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by delivering effective and instructional solutions.
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access.
  • Work on Microsoft 365 administration and other IT administration tools.
  • Write and update technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT technical support.
  • Strong command of Windows, Apple, and Citrix environments.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools.
  • Administration of Active Directory objects and access management.
  • M365 administration (Users, licenses, Exchange, Defender, Intune).
  • Proficiency in ITIL principles and incident management best practices.
  • Service-oriented with excellent listening skills.
  • Rigour, methodical approach, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
  • Autonomy and proactivity in problem solving.
  • French: Fluent (required).
  • English: Very good level (able to communicate with English-speaking users).
