About the role
- Provide remote and on-site Level 1 and 2 support
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (hardware and software)
- Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by delivering effective and user-friendly solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations
- Manage the IT asset inventory (PCs, peripherals, telephony, printers, etc.)
- Configure and ensure the proper operation of video conferencing rooms
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access rights
- Perform Microsoft 365 administration and use other IT administration tools
- Write and update technical documentation and procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT technical support
- Strong command of Windows, Apple (macOS), and Citrix environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
- Administration of Active Directory objects and access management
- M365 administration (Users, licenses, Exchange, Defender, Intune)
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge (a plus)
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and incident management best practices
- French: Fluent (required)
- English: Good level (able to communicate with English-speaking users)
