About the role
- Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory.
- Grow and develop customer base by identifying new prospects and following up with customers.
- Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers.
- Provide clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.
- Monitor and follow-up on assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
- Build brand awareness and promote the ‘One Team’ culture by making a difference in the community.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
- Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events.
