About the role
- Drive top-line growth by building referral relationships across the Lowcountry
- Build and execute a structured business development plan (daily/weekly activity targets)
- Develop referral relationships with: Insurance agents and adjusters, Property managers and facility contacts, Plumbers, HVAC, roofers, GCs, and other trade partners
- Represent the company at local networking events and industry associations
- Track outreach, referrals, and conversion metrics (CRM/weekly reporting)
- Coordinate handoffs with operations/production to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in business development/sales (restoration/insurance/construction/property services is a major plus)
- Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and professional presence
- Local Charleston-area familiarity and relationships preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
- Ability to travel locally for relationship-building
