About the role
- Develop and execute integrated local media plans across paid channels, supporting franchisee and company goals.
- Manage full-funnel campaign planning, activation, optimization, pacing, and reporting.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvements and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute holistic media strategies.
- Track and reconcile media budgets monthly to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related role
- Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, ad servers, and video buying tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
