About the role
- Identify and reach out to potential trade partners and referral sources
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and referral sources
- Educate potential and existing partners about our restoration services
- Ensure that work is returned to trade partners from our customers
- Guarantee that all mutual customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and relationship development
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the restoration or a related industry
- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on relationship-based sales approaches
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of trade partners and referral sources
- In-depth understanding of the restoration industry and its various stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel as required to meet with trade partners and referral sources
