About the role

  • Identify and reach out to potential trade partners and referral sources
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and referral sources
  • Educate potential and existing partners about our restoration services
  • Ensure that work is returned to trade partners from our customers
  • Guarantee that all mutual customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and relationship development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the restoration or a related industry
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on relationship-based sales approaches
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of trade partners and referral sources
  • In-depth understanding of the restoration industry and its various stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with trade partners and referral sources
