About the role

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential trade partners and referral sources.
  • Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and referral sources.
  • Promote services by educating potential and existing partners about our restoration services.
  • Ensure that work is returned to trade partners from our customers.
  • Guarantee that all mutual customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the restoration or a related industry.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on relationship-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of trade partners and referral sources.
  • In-depth understanding of the restoration industry and its various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with trade partners and referral sources.
