About the role
- Identify and establish relationships with potential trade partners and referral sources.
- Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with trade partners and referral sources.
- Promote services by educating potential and existing partners about our restoration services.
- Ensure that work is returned to trade partners from our customers.
- Guarantee that all mutual customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the restoration or a related industry.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a focus on relationship-based sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of trade partners and referral sources.
- In-depth understanding of the restoration industry and its various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with trade partners and referral sources.
