• Engage with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, possible applications, technical specifications, and benefits to our customers and/or prospects.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers, including product selection, troubleshooting and customization options.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales contracts to customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
• Conduct remote visits and present igus products virtually as needed.
• Be able to ask qualifying questions to determine potential opportunities.
