• Support the department's administrative routines, with a focus on payment processes such as receiving and organizing invoices;
• Provide support to the Communication teams, actively participating in:
• Social media: assist in content planning, suggest ideas and track content calendars;
• Participation in meetings with agencies, contributing insights and creative proposals;
• Corporate communications: support in defining institutional topics and agendas;
• Management and follow-up of media clipping, monitoring mentions and relevant news.
