About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and coordinate monthly accounting close activities, including accruals/provisions, reclassifications, reconciliations and account analysis.
Perform analyses of the Income Statement (DRE), identifying variances, trends, root causes and impacts on company results.
Ensure the integrity and reliability of accounting and financial information.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing information, documentation and technical justification as required.
Prepare management reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, proposing and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and control.
Collaborate with areas such as Controllership, Tax, Treasury and Operations to ensure alignment and quality of information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CRC (Brazilian Regional Accounting Council registration)
Experience with SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI)
Solid experience in monthly close routines and financial/result analysis
Advanced knowledge of account reconciliations, provisions, reclassifications and variance analysis
Experience supporting internal and external audits
Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and strong internal control practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
