About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and coordinate monthly accounting close activities, including accruals/provisions, reclassifications, reconciliations and account analysis.
  • Perform analyses of the Income Statement (DRE), identifying variances, trends, root causes and impacts on company results.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of accounting and financial information.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing information, documentation and technical justification as required.
  • Prepare management reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, proposing and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and control.
  • Collaborate with areas such as Controllership, Tax, Treasury and Operations to ensure alignment and quality of information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Active CRC (Brazilian Regional Accounting Council registration)
  • Experience with SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI)
  • Solid experience in monthly close routines and financial/result analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of account reconciliations, provisions, reclassifications and variance analysis
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits
  • Knowledge of applicable accounting standards and strong internal control practices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
