About the role
- Disassemble electronic gaming machines and related sub-assemblies for refurbishment and rework.
- Rebuild and reassemble units by installing components and securing hardware using connectors and fasteners such as bolting, clipping, and screwing while following work instructions.
- Move and stage work-in-process and finished goods throughout the facility using approved material handling equipment while maintaining organized work areas and inventory accuracy.
- Stage, organize, and replenish cabinets, parts, and sub-assemblies to keep production flowing and support work order priorities.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively, including drivers, torque tools, and wrenches.
- Verify build accuracy and cosmetic condition by checking part placement, cabling, hardware installation, and completion of required steps.
- Identify and correct missing components, assembly errors, and configuration issues while documenting defects and deviations from standard procedures or build requirements.
- Maintain accurate production and material movement records using tracking systems, travelers or checklists, SAP, and other tools as applicable.
- Escalate non-routine issues, repeated defects, shortages, or damaged materials to lead or senior team members for resolution.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and consistently follow all safety and quality standards to protect yourself and others.
- Complete required training and certifications assigned to support safe, compliant, and effective work practices.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Up to 1 year of related experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, repair, or rework environment
- Comfortable safely moving heavy workloads using nonpowered and powered material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Capable of interpreting and following manufacturing instructions, routing documentation, and build requirements
- Basic computer skills to complete production tracking and material transactions, with SAP experience preferred
- Able to stand and walk for the full shift and regularly bend, lift, and safely maneuver up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
- Able to pass a security background investigation and background check.
