- Own global demand generation strategy and execution, with an initial focus on strengthening new-logo pipeline performance in priority regions
- Drive pipeline growth through ABM, digital demand, and events
- Improve conversion efficiency across the buyer journey
- Apply AI and automation to scale execution and reduce inefficiency
- Partner with Sales on pipeline inspection and optimization
- Establish a repeatable demand-generation operating model
Requirements
- 7–9 years of B2B demand generation experience
- Proven ability to tie programs to pipeline outcomes
- Strong digital and AI-enabled marketing experience
- Comfortable operating with accountability and limited structure
