Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee all financial and accounting functions including policy development and implementation, and financial system development and management
• Build and mentor Finance and Accounting team through the implementation of systems, processes, internal controls and policies
• Demonstrate strong financial stewardship and direct resource allocation
• Monitor company expenditures and help review and negotiate customer and vendor agreements
• Oversee internal and external Financial Reporting and set accounting policy
• Work with external international accounting firms on tax and compliance matters
• Help drive effective board meetings and manage communications with the Board of Directors and current and potential investors
• Present financial results to the Board with narrative on results, variances to plan, trends, and key metrics
• Implement processes, frameworks and systems to capture and utilize timely and accurate data for decision-making
• Provide support on operational tasks including P&L and financial projections, valuation models and company presentations
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities
• Oversee M&A activities, risk management and insurance
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Oversight of all commission plans across various countries
• Oversee rolling forecast process, treasury processes, budget adherence, internal controls, inventory management controls, labor management, tax strategy, and compliant reporting to local, state, and federal authorities
