About the role

  • Support end-to-end full cycle recruitment for assigned roles in partnership with the TA team
  • Help maintain strong communication with hiring managers
  • Contribute to improving the candidate experience
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring partners at all levels
  • Source and recruit passive candidates across platforms and networks to find and hire best-in-class digital marketing talents
  • Screen applicants for current and future positions, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Update applicant tracking system and maintain job posts
  • Use recruitment data for process improvement
  • Provide weekly candidate and role status updates to Support other TA and People Operations projects as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle of recruitment experiences
  • 3+ years of recruiting & hiring experience within the digital marketing industry
  • 3+ year agency recruitment and consultant search experience, a true headhunter
  • Experience hiring digital marketing talent in Paid Media, SEO, Email, Creative, Account Services, Project Management, Data, and other creative and operations roles
  • Proficient knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deadline oriented and organized
  • Proactive approach with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
  • Thrives in fast-paced high-growth setting
