About the role
- Support end-to-end full cycle recruitment for assigned roles in partnership with the TA team
- Help maintain strong communication with hiring managers
- Contribute to improving the candidate experience
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring partners at all levels
- Source and recruit passive candidates across platforms and networks to find and hire best-in-class digital marketing talents
- Screen applicants for current and future positions, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Update applicant tracking system and maintain job posts
- Use recruitment data for process improvement
- Provide weekly candidate and role status updates to Support other TA and People Operations projects as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle of recruitment experiences
- 3+ years of recruiting & hiring experience within the digital marketing industry
- 3+ year agency recruitment and consultant search experience, a true headhunter
- Experience hiring digital marketing talent in Paid Media, SEO, Email, Creative, Account Services, Project Management, Data, and other creative and operations roles
- Proficient knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deadline oriented and organized
- Proactive approach with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
- Thrives in fast-paced high-growth setting
