About the role

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate solutions;
  • Manage assigned client portfolio, seeking to expand and capture additional opportunities beyond the assigned base;
  • Conduct external visits, meetings and presentations to strengthen the company's presence with clients;
  • Perform tests with suppliers to enable new products or solutions for clients;
  • Work to build customer loyalty and generate recurring sales, including supply contracts;
  • Participate in events, trade shows, workshops and business rounds, representing the company;
  • Update CRM and visit schedule, ensuring complete recording of interactions and opportunities;
  • Support the execution of administrative activities related to the sales cycle;
  • Collaborate with internal areas when necessary for the development of specific products or solutions;
  • Strictly comply with all internal processes and the company's commercial policies;
  • Carry out other related tasks as directed by leadership and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in field/outside sales and stakeholder relationship management
  • Knowledge of CRM and customer management tools
  • Knowledge of negotiation and contract closing
  • Valid Category B driver's license (CNH B)
  • Intermediate English preferred
