About the role
- Producing best-in-class insight
- Support & build insights from market visits and industry contacts
- Deliver reports on retail trends and developments
- Support primary research with retailers, manufacturers and trade bodies
- Deliver high-quality virtual or in-person presentations and webinars
- Help maintain and update IGD retailer database
- Provide commercially focused insights that exceed clients’ expectations
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Knowledge and experience of the grocery and consumer goods industry (or a keen interest)
- Experienced in working with excel data sets and forecasting
- The ability to plan and manage your own workload
- Proficiency in presenting information to audiences, either virtually or in person
- Experience in writing online content/presentations/reports
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Capable of adapting priorities under pressure
- A curiosity for learning and sharing your knowledge
