People Operations

• Provide guidance, coaching and advice to people leaders and their teams implementing best people practices and driving a culture of continuous improvement
• End to end management of people relations cases, providing advice and solutions to people leaders on performance, disciplinary, grievance, sickness matters
• Act as the primary contact for employee enquiries including people policies and procedures, and workplace matters
• Partner with leaders and line managers to identify and address organisational development and workforce development needs
• Assist in the embedding of our new performance management approach and processes
• Play an active role contributing to the employee forum network, leading engagement survey activity and listening groups
• Supporting the Head of People on our salary review and benchmarking processes for competitive and equitable compensation practices
• Support our strategic people priorities, including embedding our behaviours into everything we do and bringing our wellbeing strategy to life across the organisation
• Work with the People Administration Specialist to provide timely data and insights on key people metrics
• Use this information to inform decisions and approaches
• Maintain strong partnerships with external partners to maximize their effectiveness
• Produce workforce reports and use people metrics to identify trends and key priorities
• Collaborate with the People Administration Specialist to ensure payroll, benefits, and bonus payments are accurate
• Embed compliance and governance across People processes such as IR35, GDPR, internal audits and ad hoc projects.

Part-Time People and Performance Partner – 9 Months FTC

Events

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, web and paid/organic channels
• Build and schedule marketing emails, newsletters and customer journeys using CRM/automation tools
• Draft, proof and publish campaign content including social posts and marketing collateral
• Work with internal teams to ensure messages are accurate, aligned and on-brand
• Assist in creating written, visual and multimedia content to support campaigns and brand storytelling
• Schedule, prepare and send event communications including invitations, confirmations, joining instructions, reminders and post event follow-ups
• Respond to attendee enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate event assets including guest lists, table plans, badges, signage and materials
• Provide on-site support including registration, welcome, set up and de rig.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building relationships, delivering insights and value
• Delivery of agreed renewal revenue target for assigned accounts
• Ongoing development of assigned accounts according to agreed service levels
• Accurate forecasting, sales projection and pipeline management
• Be a CRM Super-user and an advocate for its use
• Ensure you share insights within the business to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
