About the role
- Achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
- Cross-sell NEXT.io’s portfolio of solutions (events, digital sponsorships, media, content platforms)
- Represent NEXT.io at industry events, including international conferences and networking events
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and a first-class customer journey
- Understand client needs and align NEXT.io’s offerings to create tailored, value-driven solutions
- Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, partnerships, content) to ensure client commitments are delivered seamlessly
- Share client and market insights to help improve commercial strategy and product offerings
- Use HubSpot (CRM) to manage leads, pipeline, and sales forecasting
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on KPIs, pipeline, and performance
- Maintain up-to-date account records and ensure all client activity is captured
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within iGaming, media, events, or B2B services
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
