About the role

  • Develop and execute a structured content strategy and editorial calendar based on SEO and GEO insights, in collaboration with our Digital team and external agency.
  • Use AI tools to support keyword research, topic clustering, localisation, content gap analysis and ranking insights.
  • Create and optimise website and blog content using SEO and GEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, structured content and content refresh cycles.
  • Translate agency reports and data into clear, actionable recommendations for continuous optimisation.
  • Define and maintain SEO- and GEO-optimised content guidelines for the wider marketing team.
  • Define and execute a content strategy that supports the full buyer journey across campaigns, SEO, GEO and organic touchpoints.
  • Build content frameworks and guidance that enable consistent quality, strong positioning and scalable production.
  • Produce high-quality demand generation content (blogs, guides, checklists, social content) using AI tools to accelerate creation while safeguarding accuracy, clarity and brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Brand & Communications to test and refine messaging, CTAs and formats.
  • Track content performance and manage a structured refresh programme for high-value and outdated content.
  • Ensure narrative consistency across regions and channels.
  • Manage and prioritise work for a small team of graphic designers (2).
  • Ensure strong alignment between visual and written content, including incorporating design into SEO strategies.
  • Provide clear briefs and constructive feedback to deliver cohesive, high-quality assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing , ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience creating and scaling high-performing content across formats and channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, digital publishing and content performance metrics.
  • Experience maintaining messaging and brand consistency across content.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track content and engagement KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content strategy, creation, SEO, GEO and experimentation.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CMS and marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native-level English (Dutch or German is a plus).
