About the role
- Coach and influence hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
- Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Mapping technology companies to identifying the top talent from competitors.
- Partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and ensure a full candidate experience
- Sourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases.
- Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and email.
- Effectively assessing talent ensuring cultural & competency fit
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the company's ATS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing or direct recruitment capacity, inhouse or agency
- Significant experience of hands-on talent acquisition across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others within a software or technology business.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate confidently with candidates about our business strategy
- High degree of personal organization with an eye for detail.
- Passionate about sourcing and can demonstrate advanced research skills, Boolean, social media and alternative search techniques
- Comfortable building relationships over the phone and able to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
