Design and implement AI-powered automations that connect HubSpot, internal CRMs, and external lead data tools (e.g. Clearbit, scraping tools, enrichment APIs).
Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom Python-based scripts to gather, enrich, score, and route leads.
Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs to generate personalized outbound messages that comply with GDPR and brand guidelines.
Integrate third-party data sources (e.g., LinkedIn) and define lead qualification criteria with marketing and sales stakeholders.
Deliver alerts, dashboards, and funnel monitoring using Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
Continuously refine automation logic to improve lead quality and conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel.
Experiment with LLM-based enrichment and build reliable pipelines to enable marketing and sales to focus on high-value conversations.
Collaborate with a growing international team; initial engagement for at least 2 months with potential to evolve into ongoing role.

3-5 years of experience in lead generation, workflow automation, or CRM/MarTech integrations.
Strong technical proficiency building automations with n8n, Make.com, or Zapier, plus Python scripting.
Deep understanding of HubSpot or similar CRMs, including data models, workflows, scoring, and lifecycle management.
Proven experience with third-party lead enrichment APIs and integration of tools like Clearbit or LinkedIn.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), content generation, and prompt tuning for outbound messaging.
Comfortable defining and tracking performance metrics for lead qualification and pipeline health.
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones and communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
