AI Engineer

• Design and implement AI-powered automations that connect HubSpot, internal CRMs, and external lead data tools (e.g. Clearbit, scraping tools, enrichment APIs).
• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom Python-based scripts to gather, enrich, score, and route leads.
• Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs to generate personalized outbound messages that comply with GDPR and brand guidelines.
• Integrate third-party data sources (e.g., LinkedIn) and define lead qualification criteria with marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Deliver alerts, dashboards, and funnel monitoring using Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
• Continuously refine automation logic to improve lead quality and conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel.
• Experiment with LLM-based enrichment and build reliable pipelines to enable marketing and sales to focus on high-value conversations.
• Collaborate with a growing international team; initial engagement for at least 2 months with potential to evolve into ongoing role.
