About the role
- Support the President/Founder and Vice President in organizing and advancing projects
- Serve as a project manager and integrator for special projects
- Translate high-level goals into actionable projects
- Craft executive summaries, presentations, and updates
- Represent the organization as a point of contact for external partners
- Establish project templates and workflow tools for project tracking
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a complex environment
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to operate with discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment
- Deep interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS) or the broader mental health/psychology space strongly preferred.
