About the role
- Lead the creation, design, and successful launch of new educational programs
- Manage the development and delivery of new IFS Continuity Programs
- Supervise a Digital Content Specialist
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications team
- Formulate and manage comprehensive program budgets and timelines
- Evaluate and authorize opportunities for new programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, Psychology, Program Management, or related field (master’s degree and professional licensure preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program development or educational project management, preferably in mental health or professional training
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and continuing education standards
- Highly organized, strong communicator and DEI advocate
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with IFS Model and/or experience in therapeutic or clinical education strongly preferred.
