About the role
- Adjust and monitor logistics parameters to optimize routing and the organization of deliveries.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify root causes of deviations and generate insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational indicators such as SLA, cancellation rate, and delivery efficiency, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and implement tests and initiatives for the continuous improvement of logistics performance, considering regional impacts and measurable results.
- Collaborate with strategic areas — Planning, Pricing, Product, CX, Commercial, and other business teams — to enable changes and communicate results clearly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets for building dashboards and tracking KPIs.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python and PySpark for automating analyses and operational routines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with different areas and levels within the organization.
